ASHTANGA YOGA:
The most physical demanding and fast-moving form of yoga. Students
jump into a series of postures performed in sequence, thereby creating
a lot of aerobic work not practiced in other systems.
IYENGAR YOGA:
Slow and precise, Iyengar concentrates on physical alignment. Students
use straps, ropes, blocks and bolsters to follow the styles of BKS Iyengar,
who is still teaching the discipline in India today.
HATHA YOGA:
Its gentle stretching exercises to strengthen muscles. Its
excellent for beginners.

PILATES:
Compared to Yoga, the movements are smaller and more precise. Its
known to alleviate back pain and aid overall muscle improvement.
